Laser cutting machine is mainly composed of the following main parts:

Laser generator: Laser generator is the core component of laser cutting machine, used to produce high energy, high density laser beam. Commonly used laser sources include fiber lasers, CO2 lasers, etc.

Optical system: The optical system is used to focus and guide the laser beam to the cutting position. It usually includes collimating mirror, focal length mirror, lens and other optical components, through the optical path adjustment to achieve the focus of the laser beam and accurate positioning.

Cutting head: The cutting head is a component mounted on the laser that includes a focal length mirror, a shield, and an air ejector. The main function of the cutting head is to protect the focal length mirror from impurities and melts, and to provide auxiliary gases, such as nitrogen or oxygen, through the jet device.

Motion system: The motion system includes a workpiece table and a motion control system. The workpiece table is used to fix the workpiece to be cut, while the motion control system controls the laser cutting machine to move along a predetermined path to achieve the accuracy of the cutting shape.

Auxiliary gas systems: Auxiliary gas systems are usually supplied by compressed air or inert gases. It helps remove molten residue from the cutting area by spraying at high speed to ensure cutting quality.

Control system: The control system is the core control unit of the laser cutting machine, which is used to control the coordination of various parts of the laser cutting machine. It realizes the control of laser power, cutting speed, machining path and other parameters by processing and interpreting operation instructions.
