2、Condensation phenomenon: if the cooling water temperature is set improperly, and the temperature difference with the air is too large, water condensation will form on the surface of the laser and optical lens, which will greatly reduce the light efficiency of the laser and the transmittance of the optical lens, affect the cutting quality, and shorten the service life of these precision parts.

 

3、Line short circuit and electrical failure: the summer air humidity is large, too high humidity coupled with high temperature may lead to electrical short circuit, circuit board corrosion, increase the risk of fire, serious can lead to safety accidents.

 

4、Increased wear of mechanical parts: High temperature may also accelerate the thermal expansion of mechanical parts, resulting in reduced accuracy, increased wear, affecting the positioning accuracy and cutting quality of the equipment.

 

5、Abnormal cooling system pressure: in high temperature environment, the working pressure of the cooling system will increase, if not properly adjusted, may cause pipeline leakage, pump damage and other problems.


6、Increased energy consumption: In order to cope with high temperatures, the cooling system of the equipment may need to run longer or work at higher power, thereby increasing energy consumption and operating costs.
