1. Laser tube aging. With the increase of use time, the gas in the laser tube will gradually deplete and decay, resulting in a decrease in laser power.

 

2. Improper optical path adjustment. If the optical path of the laser cutting machine is improperly adjusted, it will lead to a decrease in the quality of the laser beam, and may even damage the lens, thus making the laser power unstable or decreased.

7. Focus position, nozzle distance, cutting speed and auxiliary gas and other factors. These factors will affect the power of the laser cutting machine.
