3. Optical components are damaged. Optical components in the laser cutting machine, such as lenses, lenses, etc., if damaged or contaminated, will lead to laser energy dissipation, thereby affecting the stability of the laser power and equipment life.

4. Cooling system failure. The cooling system of the laser cutting machine is responsible for consuming the heat generated by the laser to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. If the cooling system fails or is improperly used, it will cause the laser tube and laser head to overheat, affecting the stability of the laser power and equipment life.

5. Optical fiber aging. Laser cutting machines use optical fibers for laser transmission. Aging or damage of optical fibers reduces the laser power.

6. Power supply problem. Problems with the laser's power supply can also cause a power drop.

7. Focus position, nozzle distance, cutting speed and auxiliary gas and other factors. These factors will affect the power of the laser cutting machine.
