In the field of modern metal processing, with the continuous progress of technology, CNC bending machine, as a leading innovation, is attracting the attention of more and more enterprises. This advanced machine uses a computerized digital control system to automate the bending of sheet metal, bringing great efficiency and accuracy to the production process. The work flow of CNC bending machine also reflects the direction of modern manufacturing intelligence and automation.

Design and programming: Before the processing begins, the product design needs to be carried out and the design drawing is converted into the processing program. This step is usually done in computer-aided design (CAD) software, where the designer creates a three-dimensional model of the part according to the product requirements, and writes the machining program, including the bending Angle, bending order, etc.

Load the workpiece: Place the sheet metal on the work table of the CNC bending machine. The operator uses a clamp to hold the workpiece in place, ensuring that it does not move or slide during machining.

Set parameters: Input machining parameters in the CNC control system, including material type, thickness, bending Angle, etc. These parameters will determine the method and result of processing.

Automatic programming: Upload the pre-designed machining program to the CNC control system. These programs will direct the upper and lower die movement of the bending machine to achieve the bending of the workpiece.

Positioning and calibration: The CNC bender automatically positions and calibrates the workpiece before the machining begins to ensure the accuracy and stability of the machining. This usually involves moving the upper and lower die to the correct initial position.

Execute machining: Start the CNC bending machine, and the control system will automatically control the movement of the upper die and the lower die according to the preset machining program to complete the bending of the workpiece. During the whole process, the operator can observe the processing status in real time through the monitor.

Real-time monitoring: The CNC control system continuously monitors the machining process to check whether the bending Angle and shape meet the requirements. If the deviation is found, the system can automatically fine-tune to maintain the accuracy of the processing.

Automatic adjustment: If the size or shape of the workpiece does not meet expectations, the CNC bending machine can automatically adjust the position of the upper and lower dies for more accurate machining.

Completion of machining: Once the workpiece reaches the predetermined bending Angle and shape, the CNC bending machine automatically stops running, marking the completion of the machining.

Remove the workpiece: The operator can remove the machined workpiece from the CNC bending machine for subsequent machining, assembly or inspection.

With the continuous innovation of technology, CNC bending machines will continue to be the mainstay of the metal processing industry, leading enterprises to a more efficient and accurate manufacturing future. Whether it is part production or mass production, the existence of CNC bending machines will bring more opportunities and success for enterprises.
