Laser cutting machines have lenses, lenses play a focusing, reflection role. After the equipment is used for a long time, the lens will have the phenomenon of falling film, dent, scratch, etc. At this time, it is necessary to replace the lens in time, otherwise it will affect the cutting effect. In laser cutting, what is the water mist?

Laser cutting machine lens has water fog is how to produce?

It's actually caused by the use of gas cutting.

What auxiliary gas will be used in laser cutting machine?

1. Oxygen: Mainly used for laser cutting machine cutting carbon steel. While the cutting efficiency is greatly improved by using oxygen reaction heat, the oxide film can improve the spectral absorption factor of the reflective material. The incision end face is black or dark yellow. It is mainly applied to rolled steel, dissolved structure rolled steel, mechanical structure carbon steel, high tension plate, tool plate, stainless steel, electroplated steel plate, copper, copper alloy, etc.

2. Nitrogen: Some metals use oxygen to form an oxide film on the cutting surface when cutting, and the use of nitrogen can prevent oxidation free cutting of the oxide film. The oxidization-free cutting surface has the characteristics of direct melting, coating and strong corrosion resistance. The end face of the incision is white. Mainly applicable to stainless steel, electroplated steel plate, brass, aluminum, aluminum alloy, etc.

3. Air: Air can be directly provided by the air compressor, so compared with other gases, the price is very cheap. Although air contains about 20% oxygen, the cutting efficiency is much lower than oxygen and similar to nitrogen. A trace oxide film will appear on the cutting surface, but can be used as a measure to prevent the coating from falling off. The end face of the incision is yellow. The main applicable materials are aluminum, aluminum alloy, stainless copper, brass, electroplated steel plate, non-metal and so on.
