Laser cutting machine cutting head alarm reasons

1. Capacitor alarm: If the alarm shows that the capacitor value associated with the cutting head is abnormal (smaller, larger or 0), it may be due to the aging of the capacitor itself, damage or external interference. Solutions usually include manually calibrating the capacitor value or replacing the capacitor.

2. Collision or position error: when the laser head and other parts of the machine accidental collision, or the origin switch is damaged, may lead to alarm. You need to check whether the path of the laser head is unimpeded, whether the origin switch works properly, and whether the relevant Settings are correctly configured on the control panel.

3. Height failure: the cutting head height control system may have problems, such as the sensor dirty, damaged or improper adjustment. Solutions include cleaning or replacing the sensor, adjusting the cutting head height and recalibrating.

4. Limit alarm: If the Z axis or the fourth axis reaches its travel limit, it may trigger the limit switch alarm. Handling this type of alarm usually requires a power failure to restart the system, and sometimes a manual return of the mechanical component to the zero position.

5. Laser head off plate alarm: if the laser head falls off the plate during the cutting process, it should be stopped immediately to check whether it is due to the loosening of the fixed device or mechanical structure damage.

6. Electrical or connection problems: including poor data cable connection, control box fuse burned or unstable power supply. Check and ensure that all electrical connections are in order and replace damaged parts.

7. Laser alarm: If there is a problem with the laser itself, such as abnormal power supply or damage to the laser tube, you need to use a multimeter to detect the power supply voltage, and replace the laser tube if necessary.
