The operation steps of fiber laser cutting machine:

1. Determine the material that needs to be processed, fix the sheet metal material flat on the processing machine tool, and then determine the stationiness of the material placement, so as to avoid shaking during the cutting process, resulting in cutting accuracy that is not up to the requirements.

2. Operate the console, input the product cutting pattern, and the cutting material thickness and other parameters, adjust the cutting head to the appropriate focus position, adjust the nozzle to the center position.

3. Start the pressurizer and chiller, and set the water temperature and pressure of the chiller.

4. Start the laser and then the machine.

1. There is no reaction when the device is turned on

◆ Whether the power fuse is burned out: Replace the fuse.

◆ Power input is normal: Check the power input and make it normal.

◆ Whether the main power switch is damaged: Replace the main power switch.

 

2. No laser output or laser is very weak

◆ Whether the optical path is offset: carefully adjust the optical path.

◆ Whether the focal length of the equipment changes: readjust the focal length.

◆ Laser tube is damaged or aging: replace the laser tube.

◆ Whether the laser power supply is powered on: check the laser power supply circuit to make it normal.

◆ Laser power supply is damaged: Replace the laser power supply.

 

3. Processing size error or action error

◆ Signal line is normal: Replace the signal line.

◆ Unstable power supply or interference signal: install a voltage regulator or eliminate interference signal.

◆ Whether the processing parameters are set correctly (such as layout, etc.) : reset the corresponding parameters.

◆ Whether the processing program is written normally: check the processing program written, modify until it is normal.
