1. Install air conditioning or constant temperature equipment: Configure an independent air-conditioned room for the laser cutting machine or use a constant temperature device to maintain the indoor temperature within the allowed working range of the laser (usually 10°C-40°C) to prevent overheating of the equipment caused by high temperatures.

 

2. Adjust the cooling water temperature: Set the cooling water temperature reasonably to ensure that the water temperature in the inner optical path is generally 24-27°C and the water temperature in the outer optical path is about 30°C. The temperature difference between the cooling water temperature and the room temperature should not be too large. It is generally recommended to control it within 5-10°C to prevent condensation from damaging the optical components.

 

3. Monitor the humidity of the working environment: Keep the humidity of the working environment within the appropriate range (10%-80%). Excessive humidity will increase the risk of condensation. Use dehumidification equipment if necessary.

 

4. Regular cleaning and maintenance: Clean the air conditioning filter regularly to ensure good ventilation and heat dissipation; clean the obstructions around the chiller to maintain its heat dissipation efficiency; clean the fan and electrical cabinet in a timely manner to avoid accumulation of metal dust that affects heat dissipation and electrical safety.

 

5. Use appropriate water quality: Distilled or purified water should be used as cooling water in summer and replaced regularly to avoid scale formation, clogging of water pipes or reduction of cooling efficiency. If necessary, clean scale according to manufacturer's instructions.

6. Check the cooling system pressure: Check and adjust the internal pressure of the cooling system before the high temperature season to ensure that it can effectively cope with the workload in high temperature environments.

 

7. Follow the correct power on and off sequence: Especially when the temperature is high, strictly follow the power on and off steps recommended in the equipment manual to reduce thermal shock to the laser and related components.
